Q: Where do you ship from?
A: Most orders are shipped from our fulfillment partners near Mount Gongga (Minya Konka) in western Sichuan, or from our artisan collaborators in Tibet and Nepal.

A: Standard shipping usually takes 7–21 business days, depending on your region. Express shipping is faster — see our Shipping Info page for full details.
Q: Will I get a tracking number?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Q: Will I pay customs or duties?
A: Depending on your country, import taxes may apply. We do our best to mark packages clearly to help you avoid unnecessary fees.

Q: Are your items really blessed?
A: Yes — many of our ritual tools and malas are blessed by monks in local monasteries. This is part of what makes each piece unique and energetically alive.
Q: How should I care for my sacred items?
A: Treat them with respect. Keep them in a clean place, cleanse them occasionally with incense or moonlight, and store malas or crystals in a safe pouch.
Q: Can I customize my mala or ritual kit?
A: For now, our offerings are pre-made by artisans to preserve authenticity. If you’re looking for something specific, reach out — we’re happy to advise.
🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: Can I return or exchange my item?

Q: Why can’t I return used incense or blessed items?
A: Because these items carry spiritual energy and blessings that cannot be “un-used.” Thank you for understanding this tradition.
